"I really wanted to dislike G.Q. Money, because he was getting the monster heel manager push that I was looking for. GQ had so much heat that he eventually turned the promotions ultimate heel, Rob Black, baby face! Every show it seemed, GQ got to do all kinds of really cool shit that I knew I would have a blast doing.
As much as I wanted to though, I couldn't dislike G.Q. Money. For one, he delivered in his role. it wasn't like when I used to watch ECW, and i would shake my head at why Jason "the sexiest man on earth" even had a spot. What did he ever contribute to ECW? He was just takiing up space! But G.Q. Money was the opposite, he ran for a touchdown every time they handed him the ball in XPW. I knew his mic work was every bit as good as mine, his working ringside was as good as mine, and when put into an actual wrestling match, his ring work was definitely better then mine. So I respected him in his role that i definitely wanted."
